So after months of disappointment and pushing my plans farther and farther back (which was making me lose hope in them altogether), they are finally set! My flights are booked and I’ll be spending my Christmas back east! I’m hoping it will snow, because I’ve never seen snow before. I’m too old to have never seen snow. This will also be the first Christmas I spend with family. So that would be interesting (a bit scary actually). Well I can’t wait for cold weather! I’m tired of these horrid heat waves! I love cold weather, rain, and bundling up. Yet I live where the sun always shines and it rarely rains. I miss the rain… ANYWAYS.

Now my only concern is what to do about my poor baby, Martian! :(

It kills me to think about leaving her behind for 2 weeks.. need to get that sorted out.
